2. Made-to-Order Products

All our Monster Ball collectibles are made to order. Each item is 3D printed and hand-finished specifically for your order. Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States from Watertown, MA. Shipping times depend on order size and printer availability. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, though larger prints may take up to 8 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at help@eastblueprintworks.com with photos.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Monster Ball designs are licensed from N3D Melbourne under a commercial license. All product images taken by EastBlue PrintWorks are our property. You may not reproduce or resell our products or images without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

EastBlue PrintWorks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
