Processing Time

Every Monster Ball is made to order and hand-finished in our Boston, MA workshop. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• East Coast: 2–4 business days
• Midwest: 3–5 business days
• West Coast: 5–7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Packaging

Each Monster Ball is carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.
